We are looking for individuals, who are enthusiastic, friendly, responsible and reliable. People who can keep their calm, and remain unbiased in any situation. You must be willing to go the extra mile, remembering that other users may not have the same understanding of TheVFA as you. You will be supported by a network of staff, who also came from the community. Our community is becoming bigger and bigger, and the aim is to keep giving our users more and more reasons to come back.

Working as part of a team of moderators, your main responsibilities are;
Welcome and Help New Members
Keep the Forums and Messenger Safe in accordance with site rules
Build relations with Member’s of the Community
You will be working under supervision from VFA Matt and will have a support network of moderators.

Media Team Vacancies
Working within the Media Team is fast paced, with TheVFA growing and growing, we are looking to add more and more feature’s to give members of the community reasons to keep coming back.
You will be working with VFA Will and the already established members of the Media Team, help will be at hand for moments of inspiration.
Alongside the popular Team of the Week articles, we are looking to provide spotlight articles for clubs, managers and players.
I am looking for a Correspondant per League/Nation, who will take control of who, and what they are writing about. You must be able to meet tight deadlines, have good grammar skills, and a creative and enticing way with words.
Further to this I am also looking for a General Writer, to help out with Team of the Week Articles, and to provide cover for a shortfalling in staff due to Holiday’s etc.

As well as helping out with Team of the Week, we will be looking for users to provide graphics when needed, which may include banners, article graphics, trophies and awards, and so on.
Ideally you will be experienced with Photoshop and/or Illustrator, and can show originality, and an eye for creativeness.
You will be required to work to strict deadline’s, and keep inline with current site font’s and colours, which will be provided to you.

We are looking for someone to take on our weekly video requirements.
We tested the water in S05 with our Goal of the Week, but unfortunately haven’t ran it since, despite it being rather popular.
We are looking for someone to take on several concepts we have in mind, and make it happen.
We will require sample work, and would prefer someone to have video editing software experience, such as Sony Vegas, or similar ,alongside Adobe After Effects etc.
Once again, we welcome fresh creative ideas, but will require some samples before discussing our future plans.
